Paula Pipitone

Pipitone began her career as an administrative assistant for Charmer Industries before working for North Shore Prosthodontic Associates. She then joined Prestige Wine Imports in 2003, where she continued to serve as an administrative assistant and took on increased financial responsibilities. At Prestige Wine Imports, Pipitone coordinated domestic and international travel for executives, executed loan requests, and processed FX trades. After working at Prestige Wine Imports for three years, she became an executive assistant for Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP in New York for one year, where she managed executive travel, proofed reports, purchased supplies, and handled other administrative tasks.

Pipitone graduated from St. Vincent Ferrer High School in 1999 and obtained a finance degree from Queensborough Community College. Her professional skills include leadership, management, and valuation; she has strong visualization and creative abilities. She performs various human resources functions such as benefits plan administration and has extensive experience preparing and executing loan requests, expense reports, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Paula Pipitone is proficient in using several office programs currently used in the industry, including Cliqbook, PeopleSoft, QuickBooks, and the Microsoft Office suite.

As an administrative assistant, Pipitone supports administrative professionals and helps them stay organized by performing tasks that free them up to take on higher-level responsibilities, including organizing meetings, drafting documents, and greeting office visitors. The job duties of administrative assistants can vary considerably from one position to another. They may also write and edit documents, manage accounts, and perform bookkeeping and other financial tasks as required.

For instance, she is involved in walks and runs for brain and breast cancer research through Relay for Life, a charity organization. Additionally, she supports St. Jude's Children's Hospital, one of the world's largest and most important nonprofit organizations devoted to children's health, which funds research for pediatric diseases and provides free treatment to children with serious medical conditions. Actor and entertainer Danny Thomas initially created the organization 50 years ago, and Pipitone is proud to contribute to its work.
